TRAIN EFFICIENTLY AND STOP WASTING YOUR TIME

If you’re going to the gym I am pretty sure that you are looking just one thing… RESULTS!

Time is our most precious asset and the energy and sweat that we spent every day training is an investment! If we continue using business terms, every time we invest we are looking for the highest return in the least amount of time.

What would you do if I told you that you can get the best results by training no more than 20 to 30 minutes just 3 times a week? Sounds good right? Well this is possible if you learn how to train efficiently. And as I always say, it is useless to have knowledge if you do not start applying it.

Be honest with you, I’m sure that you already read this before but, did you apply it? Did you implement this in your workouts and were you consistent for at least 4 weeks?

Now lets start applying that knowledge, that’s why I want to give you my 4 ways to get more efficient results in less time!

1. Spending time at the gym is not the same as spending time training. You are not going to the gym to talk, you are going to train. Minimal conversations or interruptions. Put your phone away, social media can wait!

2. Recovery between sets should be minimal. Depending on your physical condition, it should not be more than 60 seconds of recovery. And try to reduce that time with each workout.

3. Complete movements. The muscle is stimulated 50% in the concentric phase (contraction) and 50% eccentric (extension). If you are going to do the movements halfway, you will get half results. Use weight but put the ego aside. Weight is used to create resistance, but if you see that you are deforming the technique, it is better to lower it a little and avoid injury.

4. Renew yourself. Change your program every 6 weeks, get out of your comfort zone. Change the weight, reps, equipment, exercise combinations. GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE
