VEROFIT SECRETS TO SUCCEED

Everyone who knows me knows that I am a very disciplined person and that whatever I set out to do, sooner or later I get it. It is not easy but I have certain rules in my life and in my daily routine that make everything easier and have led me to where I am.


1. WAKE UP EARLY.

All successful people get up early. I feel more energetic, more concentrated and I feel that my day is much more productive.


2. EXERCISE EVERY DAY.

Is not only because my job, but also because I love it. For me, that hour that I training help me to disconnect my mind, release stress and keep my body and mind sane.



3. SMILE. Well for me is very easy, I laugh for everything but as Charlie Chaplin said, "A day without laughter is a day wasted"




4. LISTEN SOME MUSIC.

I always need to have music in the background, help with my concentration and make me happy.



5. FAMILY TIME.

For me the most important part of my life, my family! I always try to spend at least 1 day a week with them, have some lunch or go out. But the most precious moments for me are those that I spend with my loved ones.



Look simple but those are my essentials.

I make these 5 thinks my PRIORITIES no matter what!
