What makes VEROFIT Training Programs different?

Most online coaching programs use one-size-fits-all templates with generic exercises and meal plans. But here at VEROFIT, I know that everyone is unique. That’s why I take the time to create a customized program tailored to your specific goals, needs, and lifestyle. No two programs are the same—because you are different!

Do I need to be in the US to join any of the VEROFIT Online Training Programs?

​

Not at all! Whether you're in Latin America, Europe, or anywhere else, I’d love to have you as part of the VEROFIT team. Fitness has no borders!

​

What if I never did exercise before?

​

No worries! I’ll teach you everything you need to know to become 100% confident in your workouts and nutrition. You won’t need a trainer standing next to you anymore. No matter your goal, I’ll guide you step by step, designing the perfect plan for your body.

What if I'm more advanced?

​

Even better! If you're more experienced, we’ll take things up a notch. If you’re tired of the same old routines or aren’t seeing the results you want, I’ll keep you motivated and focused on reaching new heights. We’ll mix things up and introduce new techniques to elevate your fitness!

I have some old injuries. Can I join the program anyway?

​

Absolutely. Over 80% of people come to us with past injuries like shoulder, knee, or lower back issues. Just be sure to share your concerns when you fill out the application form or during our introductory call, and I’ll tailor your program to address these issues. I’ll also include exercises to help strengthen those areas, relieve pain, and improve mobility.

How customized are the Training Programs?

​

Let me give you an example: If you want to train lower body three times a week and upper body as well, I’ll design a program that fits your goals exactly. If you only have 30 minutes to work out, I’ll create short, intense routines to maximize your time and deliver results. Every workout is carefully customized to meet your needs.

And the Meal Plans, are tailored to my specific needs?

​

Absolutely! Whether you're looking for a keto meal plan or need simple, on-the-go options for your busy schedule, I’ve got you covered. I’ll create a meal plan that works for you, your goals, and your lifestyle.

How long it takes to see results?

​

The answer is: It depends! Results vary based on your goals, current lifestyle, and how much work we need to put in together. If you're looking for a "quick fix" to lose fat and get a six-pack in two weeks, then this may not be the right fit.

True transformation takes time and consistency. Results are influenced by factors like genetics, how your body adapts to exercises, the effort you put in, and how committed you are to the process.

What I always tell my clients: trust the process, follow the plan, and be patient. I'm providing you with all the tools to succeed, and if you commit to the journey, you will see results—I guarantee it.

To get the best results, I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment. Remember, this is a gradual process. After the first three months, you can continue coaching for as long as you need. My goal is to make this transformation as smooth and effective as possible for you.

What if I don’t have or want a gym membership?

​

No worries at all! VEROFIT Online Training was born during the COVID-19 crisis, so I’m no stranger to working with people without gym access. Whether you're at home or traveling, your workouts will be just as intense—if not more—than a gym session. No gym? No problem!

 

What if I travel often?

​

No problem! I work with clients who travel frequently, and I specialize in creating full workout programs that require little to no equipment. My online programs are perfect for people on the go, whether you’re traveling for work or taking a vacation. You’ll have the same accountability, workout tracking, and coaching—all accessible on your phone and ready to travel with you. In essence, I’m your coach, and I’ll be with you every step of the way—right in your suitcase!

How long does it take to get my program after I join?

​

I strive to have all new client programs built, loaded, and reviewed within 1-3 days of enrollment. If your needs are more specialized, it might take an additional 1-2 days to ensure we’re providing the best program for you.

My priority is to get you motivated and fully engaged with your program as quickly as possible!

How can I contact you? What about if I have questions?

I’m here for you, and I want to keep things organized to ensure we’re both focused on getting the best results. Here’s how we can communicate:

  • Unlimited email support 24/7: Feel free to ask as many questions as you’d like! I’ll personally reply to each one. While response times may vary, you can expect to hear from me within 8 hours. Keep in mind that time zone differences might cause slight delays in response.

  • Bi-weekly or monthly accountability calls: I’ll send you a link to schedule your call at a convenient time. If you miss your scheduled time without reserving a new one, you’ll lose that call and will need to wait for the next one, or reach out via email for support.

 

How much VEROFIT Training Programs cost?

​

I offer different packages to suit your needs, and prices vary depending on the program's inclusions. Since every plan is 100% customized to fit your body, preferences, and schedule, I recommend checking out the options or scheduling a call with me so I can walk you through all the available choices.

 

Can I cancel anytime?

​

Yes, if you're on a long-term, recurring payment program, you can request to suspend or place a hold on your account for a minimum of two weeks. Please provide written notice at least two weeks in advance for your cancellation request to be processed. You can request a hold for up to two weeks every three months of training.

If no email is received requesting a suspension or hold, the program will continue as scheduled and will be billed accordingly.

Can I get a refund?

As all products offered on WWW.VERO-FIT.COM are digital and downloadable, refunds are not available.

Can I get more information by telephone?

​

Of course! I’d be happy to speak with you and personally answer any questions you have about our programs or services. Simply go to the CONTACT ME tab, fill out your details, and I’ll get back to you ASAP with a link to schedule a call at a time that works best for you.

What happens after my purchase?

​

Once your payment is complete, I’ll receive a notification and send you a detailed intake form, along with any necessary legal documents (like waivers). Once I have everything back from you, I’ll start working on your customized program, which usually takes 24 hours to create.

You’ll know your program is ready when you receive an invitation to download my app or access your program via Google Drive. Your program will be ready to go, complete with exercise videos and personalized notes from me.

 

How do I cancel my Membership?

​

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing VEROFIT.PT@GMAIL.COM. If I don’t receive an email, your program will continue as scheduled and you’ll be billed on the next payment date according to your program’s start.

 

What are my payment options?

​

I accept both Credit and Debit Cards. Once you select the program you’d like to purchase, you’ll be directed to the secure checkout page where you can enter your payment details. Your payment is fully secure and confidential. You also have the option to pay via PayPal—just choose that method at checkout and follow the steps provided.
