Starting an exercise routine and change your eating habits is not easy but it is not impossible either. What you need is someone to get you out of your comfort zone, to go hand by hand with you through the whole process making sure you stay focused.

You are here because you are a woman, over 35 years old and you want to change your body, lose weight, drop a few sizes and put everything in place!

I have all the tools you need to make your transformation possible, I just need you to help me by filling out this survey and see if we are ready to start working together AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

ANY OF MY TRAINING PROGRAMS REQUIRES A MINIMUM COMMITMENT OF 90 DAYS. 

During that time:

  • You will learn how to implement healthy eating habits in a super simple way, one step at a time and without realizing it.

  • You will have a nutritional plan made specifically for you.

  • Variety of training routines for every day of the week.

  • My advice on the most effective supplementation to speed up the process and see faster results.

  • We will have video calls every 2 weeks to answer questions, make corrections to your exercises and catch up on your progress.

  • You will have direct access to me via e-mail, through these emails you can send me questions, doubts and even exercise videos to check out your technique.

  • You can train anywhere and anytime by downloading my personal VEROFIT TRAINER app on your phone! In your private account you will find everything related to your plan and exercise routines.

  • Most importantly, I'll go with you throughout the process to motivate you, control your progress and share with you a lot of tips.

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO WORK WITH ME:

 

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months, in which:

    • You should be willing to train at least 3 times a week and do cardio EVERY day.

    • Eat healthy and follow your meal plan 90 % of the time, by either cooking your meals or hiring a catering service.

  • Comply with your MANDATORY weekly check-ins.

  • Be committed to the process and give your 100%

  • LEAVE THE EXCUSES ASIDE!
