What makes VEROFIT Training Programs different?

​

Most of the online coaching programs out there use templates and generics exercises and meal plans. Everybody is different and the requirements vary from person to person.  I personally take the time to create a customized program according with your goals, needs and lifestyle.

Do I need to be in the US to join any of the VEROFIT Online Training Programs?

​

Nop. From Latin America to Europe, no matter where are you located, I’ll be more than happy to have you in my team.

​

What if I never did exercise before?

​

No problem! I’ll teach you everything that you need to know to become 100% confident with exercise and nutrition, you won’t need a trainer next to you anymore. No matter your goal, I’ll guide you every step of the way and make sure to design the right plan for your body.

​

What if I'm more advanced?

​

Much better! This going to be a piece of cake for you! Maybe you are here because you are tired of doing the same routine every day or because you are not getting the results that you want. I will keep you motivated and focused on getting better results, and teach you some new things along the way.

​

I have some old injuries. Can I join the program anyway?

​

Yes. 80% of people have any kind of come to us with old injuries like shoulder, knee or lower back issues. Just be sure to be specific when you fill it out the application form and also in our introductory call so I can focus in design your program around it and also include some exercises to get stronger and release the pain and improve mobility.

How customized are the Training Programs?

​

Let me explain this to you with and example, imagine that you want to do lower body 3 times a week and upper body too, I’ll split it in that way for you. Or maybe you just have 30 min to workout, I’ll create short but intense routines to optimize your time and get results. Believe me, workouts are very customized.

And the Meal Plans, are tailored to my specific needs?

​

Let make it simple, if you only want to follow a keto diet, I can design it a keto meal plan for you. Or maybe you have a crazy schedule and need easy-to-go meals, I’ll take care of that too.

How long it takes to see results?

​

The answer is DEPENDS! Yes, it depends on your goals, your current lifestyle, and how much work we need to do together. So, if you’re looking for a “quick fix to blast fat and get a six pack in 2 weeks” I think you are in the wrong place and we cannot work together.

Results depend on several factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, effort applied to each workout, consistency and how committed are you with the process.

What I always said to all my clients, trust in me, follow the process and be patient. I’m giving you all the tools to succeed, be smart and use it wisely. If you do this you WILL get results I guarantee it.
 

In order to get the best results possible, I have a 3-month minimum commitment. Remember, this is a slow process. After the first three months, I can continue coaching you for as long as you want. My job is make all this process as easy as I can for you.

What if I don’t have or want a gym membership?

​

No problem! VEROFIT Online Training born during COVID-19 crisis, while everybody was in quarantine, so no gym no problem, your workouts will be same or more intense that a gym workout!

 

What if I travel often?

​

I work with clients that travel every single week, I have the ability to develop a full workout programs with few or not equipment at all. My online programs are also a perfect option for people that travel or if you are taking a vacation. The same accountability, workout tracking and coaching is all mobile and travels with you. Basically, I’m your coach and I will be traveling with you on your suitcase.

​

How long does it take to get my program after I join?

​

Our goal is to have all new client programs built, loaded and reviewed within 1-3 days from enrollment. Sometimes, a new client has highly specific needs or conditions and that may take up to 2-4 days to nail down.

We prefer to get all clients motivated and fully engaged in their program as soon as possible!

How can I contact you? What about if I have questions?

​

I’m here for you, but I have some simple rules that will help both of us to keep think organized and getting the results that we want:

  • You will have unlimited support through email 24/7: You are welcome to ask how every many questions you like and I will answer it personally. Response time may varies but expect a reply within 8 hours. Also keep in mind that maybe you are in another continents and due to different time zones you may get a delayed reply when you may normally expect a more efficient one.

  • Bi-weekly or monthly Accountability calls. When the time for your call comes, I will send you a link so that you can schedule the most convenient time for you. If you do not reserve it, you will lose your call and you must wait 2 more weeks or contact me via email and expect me to answer you when I have the time.

 

How much VEROFIT Training Programs cost?

​

There is different packages that I have to offer and prices vary according what is included. Remember, I don’t do generic plans, everything is completely customized for your body, your preferences, and your schedule. Go and check it out the different options or you can schedule a call and I can go through all the options with you.

 

Can I cancel anytime?

​

If you are into a long term, recurring payment program, you can request to suspend or place a hold in your account if you are going to be away for a minimum of 2 weeks. Written notice should be provided at least 2 weeks ahead of time to proceed with your cancellation. There is a maximum of two week hold period for every 3 months of training.

If no email is received requesting the suspension or hold of the account, the program will continue running and will be billed on the corresponding date according to your program starting date.

Written notice should be emailed to VEROFIT.PT@GMAIL.COM to your cancellation takes effect.

 

Can I get a refund?

​

Because all products offered in WWW.VERO-FIT.COM are digital and downloadable products.

Can I get more information by telephone?

​

Absolutely! I would be more than happy to speak with you and personally answer any questions about our programs, services or doubts. Simply go to the CONTACT ME tab and fill out your info, I’ll be back to you ASAP with a link to schedule the best time for you to set the call.

What happens after my purchase?

​

Once you complete your payment to get started, I’ll receive a notification. At this point I will send you a more thorough intake form and a few legal documents (waivers and such). Once I get that package back from you I will begin developing your program. It usually takes me 24hrs to put something great together for you.

You will know that I’ve finished your program because you will get an invitation to download my App or to access to my Google drive and Upon downloading it your program will be ready to go along with exercise videos and notes from me. You’re now ready to go.

 

How do I cancel my Membership?

​

You may cancel at any time by sending an email to VEROFIT.PT@GMAIL.COM. If no email is received, the program will continue running and will be billed on the corresponding date according to your program starting date.

 

What are my payment options?

​

All you need is a Credit or Debit Card. Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase you will be forwarded to the checkout where can enter your details. This is a totally secure and confidential method of payment. Also you will have the PayPal option, just select that method and system will guide you through all the process.
