Email message attachments can be printed without opening the file. Attachments can be printed from an open message window or from the Reading Pane. If a message has multiple attachments, you can choose to print one or all of the attachments.
Attachments print only to the default printer. For example, if printer A is the default, and you choose to print a message that has an attachment on printer B, the message prints on printer B, but the attachment prints on printer A. If you want to send the attachment to a specific printer, double-click the attachment to open it, and then in the program that opens the attachment, use the print command.
Some attached files must be opened before they can be printed. For these types of files, Outlook will prompt you to open or save the attachment before it prints. Select Open. You will need to close the attachment file manually after printing.

Everything our standard Save As PDF add-in does plus it uses rules to save Outlook email as PDF. It even converts multiple emails to a single PDF file (known as a Portfolio) so that it goes email 1, attachments, email 2, attachments, etc.
You can print attachments automatically as soon as you receive them by email. It only requires that there's an application installed on your computer that can handle the type of file, e.g. Word for printing *.doc files etc. - and that the printer is running, of course.
To be able to print an attachment, the macro first must save it as a file. See the sDirectory variable where you determine where to store the attachment. Change the value to a directory that does exist on your computer.
